TechPad - 7 Inch Android Tablet-Booting Problem

Ich habe bei meinem Tablet PC ein Problem aber ich weiß nocht was ich tuen soll... Es ist ein mal passiert und imma wieder das selbe Problem. NAchdem ich das Gerät einschalte, es bleibt immer hängen...was soll ich überhaupt machen?
