Tegra 2 kann kann maximal 1080p h264 Videostreams mit 20MBit flüssig in Hardware decodieren. Der Videostream muss nur im Baseline Profil encodiert sein.
Und mkv ist natürlich auch möglich, dass muss einfach nur der Player unterstützen.
Die Player aus den Market nutzen keine Hardwarebeschleunigung und sind deswegen unbrauchbar bei allen was in HD vorliegt und ne mittelmäßge Bitrate hat.
Bis ARM SoCs genügend Rechenleistung haben um aufwendige FullHD Videos in Software zu decodieren werden noch viele Jahre ins Land gehen.
Achja: ich hab es auf meinen LG Optimus Speed schon getestet. FullHD mp4 Video h264 Baseline mit 10MBit Video und Stereo 192Bit AAC Sound läuft superflüssig und sieht knackscharf per HDMI auf dem FullHD Plasma aus.
