Medion S7852 broken?

Hello people!
I know its a Deutsch forum, but it seems those tablets were distributed mainly in your country. At least under this name. No other forum is talking about this type.
Now to my problem: My tablet seems to be stuck often. So i have wiped caches, did factory reset and now its mainly "freezing" on logo with blinking white rectangle over it as my video below shows. I have tried to flash it with stock rom, root it and still no luck. Anyone has an idea whats wrong with it? HW related problem?
Need to say i got it in this shape when i bought it (seller claimed its a SW problem) so i dont know when and why this problems occured.

Why a new thread for the same problems, we discussed it here.
I gave you the solution and a functioning stock-rom, which you should flash wih kkorc.
But you never said you did. But there is no other way. If flashing the kkorc-backup does not help,
then there is most possibly a hardware-defect.

By the way, how or which way did you root? This could be a reasen too.
