Hello guys! (I don't speak german)
I have same problem with my Xoom 2 (ME) Xoom2 MZ 607...
I delete motoblur service and now my tablet don't start, it reboots cyclically... And i can't enter to recovery mode (I try like this)
I install fastboot on my computer and tray to flash file
recovery: XOOM2-0.268.6.MZ616.Retail.en.EU-recovery.img and it give me error

  sending 'recovery' (9216 KB)... OKAY [  0.869s]
            writing 'recovery'... INFOPreflash validation failure
FAILED (remote: )

Can you help me please?


And After I try to flash recovery i have message in fastboot

You should post your problem here -> Motorola Xoom 2
It's an english forum, so there won't be missunderstandings in speach.

I hope that you didn't reset your device to factory defaults.
If adb was active, you might have a chance to take your Xoom 2 back to life.
But I don't know how, so you have to ask in the forum I mentioned.

And you or some body else can't give me img files for my version Xoom - MZ607, like you make img files for MZ616?
And i had not adb in my device...
May be it will be better if i flash my tablet by this fw Droid-Developers SBF ?

Yes, you are right, I only have a MZ616, so I can't give you img files for your version.
You should also be warned, nobody was able to flash system.img properly, the Device was bricked after that.
If you hadn't adb enabled, your chances to success are very low.

Those SBF files are for latam=latain america and not for asia or europe (like mine) versions.
You can try, but you mostly won't succeed. Other did try too, I've never read of any success.

Also, as you can see, this forum is mainly german.
It would be easier to find help in an english forum.
I should also mention, that in the mentioned xoomforums.com forum you will find more people with more knowledge than mine.
I recommend nearly every user with problems like you have (brick/semi-brick) this forum.
There you will also meet more people who are working on exploiting the Xoom 2.

I try to find people with MZ607 and maybe they make it for me... And thanks for your advice!

2) Laden und installieren Sie alle Android Terminal App.

ist ja nun etwas lange her, aber ich habe mein Xoom2 MZ616 damals auf JB 4.1.2 geupdatet. das Tablet lag jetzt lange und ich habe mal im Terminal Emulator meine originale CID wiederhergestellt. War leider ein Fehler, nun bootet das Teil nicht mehr. Fastbootfiles flashen geht auch nicht, da er bei boot recovery und motoboot mit einem Validationsfehler meckert. die CID flashen mit fastboot flash cid cid.img geht auch nicht, es kommt No such partition.

Ist nochwas zu retten?
