Hi,

nach einen kurzen Exkurs mit dem Odys Xelio, habe ich mir nun das Fusion geholt.

Es ließ sich erfolgreich mitRoot Many Android rooten.

Hat schon jemand ein CWM und CM installiert? oder eine andere Custom Firmware?

Bis jetzt habe ich heraus bekommen, dass die Plattform folgende ist:

rockchip rk30sdk

leider habe ich noch keine passende Firmware gefunden.


Ach und dann hab ich noch das Problem, dass trotz Reset das Gerät nicht in den Deepsleep geht; ist das bei euch genau so, oder habe ich da noch was verfriemelt?

Für Rockchip basierte Geräte bieten wir hier Firmwares an. Unter anderem ist auch eine Beta von CM10.1 vorhanden! In den kommenden Tagen werden wir auch noch eine bereitstellen, wo wir Bugs beseitigt haben.

Update:

habe die Genio Firmware installiert bekommen, musste dafür noch den CWM ersetzen und /cache formatieren, damit es funktioniert.

Leider scheint das Genio Tablet einen anderen Touchscreen-Treiber zu haben als das Fusion, denn Touch funktioniert leider nicht mehr...

Den Kernel in dem Paket hast du aber schon gegen deinen original Kernel ersetzt?

Oehm.... Das ist dann wohl etwas an mir vorbei gegangen... Ich hab gedacht, dass der Kernel funktioniert, da die HW ja die selbe ist, nur dass das Fusion etwas niedriger getaktet ist...

Nein, der Kernel muss immer passend zum Tablet gewählt werden, da er ja letztendlich die ganze Hardware konfiguriert. Und es gibt immer irgendwelche Unterschiede zwischen den Tabs.

Habe nun eine org Kernel erhalten und ausgetauscht; damit funktioniert auch der Touchscreen wieder :-D
Leider lässt sich das Wlan nicht aktivieren..

Vermutlich ist da wieder mal ein neuer Chip verbaut der wieder eine andere .ko benötigt.
Ich werde mir das mal anschauen.

Edit:

Ich brauche mal bitte ein dmesg.
Und öffne mal bitte ein Terminal, z.b. via ADB oder dem Terminal Emulator und poste mal bitte die Ausgabe von: "cat /sys/class/rkwifi/chip "

kannst du mal ne Anleitung schreiben wie du und welche CWM ersetzt hast? Und wie man die CustomRom auf das Tablett bekommt? Bitte? Habe auch das Odys Fusion und würde auch gerne cm10 drauf haben. Danke LG

@netlars könnte ihr bitte eine Passende CFW für das ODYS Fusion bereitstellen? Warum ist das Odys Fusion nicht bei euch nicht mit Supportet? Ist ja baugleich wie das Odys Genio außer Wlan glaube ich und das der gleiche Prozessor 100 MHZ geringer getaktet ist.

Ich habe den RK3066GENERIC_CWM von androtab.info runtergeladen und einfach das Recovery.img ersetzt und dann mit dem RKFlashtool nach Anleitung von crewrktablets geflasht. Musst nur, bevor du die Format NAND.zip installiert den Cache Formatieren im CWM. Der Rest ist straight forward.

Dmesg werd ich dann noch machen, dazu muss ich das Tablet aber erstmal wieder rooten ;-)

Mmh, das ist komisch. der mt5931 sollte eigentlich funktionieren. Schau mal bitte unter /system/lib/modules ob die Datei dort vorhanden ist. Weiß jetzt nicht, ob wir den schon unter rk30 verbreitet haben oder erst unter rk30. Wenn der fehlt kann ich dir nen Patch machen.

wir machen keine CFW's speziel für ein Tablet. Wir bemühen uns, dass unsere Images unter allen Typen einer Baureihe laufen. d.h. alle rk29 haben ein eigenes Image (meist unter Loox vertrieben), alle rk30 (meist unter Genio) und rk31 (meist unter Chuwi V88).
Man muss immer den Kernel tauschen, gegen seinen vom Tablet. Da trotzdem Hardwareunteschiede bestehen, z.B. anderer Touch, anderes Display, anderes WLAN Modul usw. braucht jedes Tab seinen Kernel und wenn neue Tabs auftauchen, wie das Fusion z.b., dann kann auch mal sein, das eine spezielle ko fehlt. Dies versuchen wir dann im nächsten Image zu berücksichtigen, wenn es uns zugetragen wird, bzw. bieten einen Fix an um das Problem zu beheben. Leider sind auch wir machmal Machtlos, darum etwas nachsicht, Gedankenblitze dauern manchmal ein wenig.

habe gerade selber nachgeschaut, es fehlt die ko, im rk30 Image, + noch eine andere Datei muss geändert werden.
Ich werde heute abend, spätestens morgen versuchen einen Fix zu erstellen.

D. h. ich muss im Prinzip nur aus meiner Original Rom die Treiber und den Kernel ersetzen und dann kann ich Euer Custom Rom nehmen.
Das ist ja echt genial.
Dann noch ne kleine frage:
In welchem Ordner der Original FW befinden sich die Treiber und der Kernel?
UND/oder wo bekomme ich den Original Kernel des ODYS Fusion her?
Und sind die Treiber und Kernel aus der Original Rom (beim ODYS Fusion Android 4.1)
mit AOSP 4.2.2 20130501 kompatibel?

A gefunden werde mal schauen ob ich heute abend Zeit habe die Rom zu Testen. Hast du schon getestet? Hast das mit dem Wlan hinbekommen? Wenn ja wie?

An diesen Problemen arbeiten wir gerade. Bluetooth ist etwas tricki und wird noch bissle Zeit benötigen.

Wenn man von euch die 20130925151726_0xpAeB4b_ODYS Fusion - Firmware 20130627.zip intsalliert ist da dann ein Customrecovery dabei?
Wenn nicht kann ich einfach die recovery.img gegen eine andere ersetzen? z.B. gegen die RK3066GENERIC_CWM von androtab.info? Und wie kommt man bei dem Gerät in die Recovery rein?
Vielleicht weiß ja violentstorm wie man in die recovery rein kommt?

Würde gerne euere Firmware testen aber ungern ohne Recovery.

Bei unseren Custom Firmwares ist immer eine CWM Recovery bei.
Bei dem original Image natürlich nicht. Einfach die bei dem Original Image ersetzen.

Wie man da rein kommt beim Fusion weiß ich nicht. Eventl. Menu + Einschaltknopf gedrückt halten, so ist es zumindest bei meinem Tablet.

habe ein Problem mit CWM weil der bringt immer überall Mount error. Habe versucht das Original ROM mit CWM zu flashen und das ging nicht. Bin nun die ganze zeit im CWM und kann nicht raus. Ne IDee? Wie mache ich jetzt weiter?

ließ doch mal den Beitrag von mir weiter vorn.... dort habe ich geschrieben, dass du einen anderen CWM verwenden musst, damit du /cache (unter dem Menü mount & Storage)formatieren kannst, damit es anschließend funktioniert.

Genau diesen CWM musst du auch verwenden, wenn du die org. Firmware wieder zurück flashen möchtest und auch wieder /cache formatieren.

dein update lässt sich grad nicht installieren, wenn ich es im CWM installiere, dann bleibt das Tablet beim Bootscreen von Odys hängen... und wenn ich es in update.zip umbenenne lässt es sich auch nicht installieren..

Edit:

per adb push erhalte ich für das MT5931.ko ein "error device not found"
per insmod. failed (Exec format error)
