Hope you guys are doing fine. The next version of realme UI is finally here. The realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 is a whole new take on realme UI with tons of customizations, enhanced security and better productivity.



We are happy to share with you a detailed timeline for realme UI 2.0 release. We are starting with realme X50 Pro in the month of September itself, followed by rest of the realme devices in the coming months.



Please note the timeline shared is for the first wave of early access rollout only. The Early Access version for the corresponding model will be released within the above mentioned month in batches - not at the beginning of the month.The stable version will be pushed to all users over a period of time.

OPPO ColorOS 11 New Features

Customizable Always on Display

Introducing the new ColorOS11 Always-on Display feature, it offers a wide variety of styles and patterns to truly represent your style. The content of Always-on Display is not just automatically generated, but created by users with just one stroke to craft a unique pattern.

New Enhance Dark Mode

On ColorOS11, Dark Mode will provide 3 color schemes of pitch dark, blue dark, and gray dark, varying in darkness intensity. In addition, Dark Mode can be adjusted on the icons and wallpapers on the home page, which can match with the rising and setting of the sun.

New Default Font

OPPO’s ColorOS 11 brings the new OPPO Sans, so you can select different fonts for your UI and even adjust font size according to your own needs and preference. OPPO Sans is free for commercial use, so any designer or company can use it however they’d like!

New 3-finger translate Features

OPPO is combining 2 iconic features from OPPO and Google and developed the 3-finger translate, powered by Google Lens. Take a screenshot with the 3-finger gesture and instantly translate the content to any language. How would you use this feature? Share below!

FlexDrop

To make multitasking easier, we released the Quick Return Bubble in ColorOS 7.2, and with OPPOColorOS11, we’re bringing FlexDrop. Swipe to resize the APP into a small floating window or an even smaller mini-window.

Personalizations:

OPPO’s ColorOS allows you to change icons, use 3rd party icons, change the icons on Notification Panel, changing app layout, number of static, artistic, live wallpapers, edge lighting for calls and notifications, etc,. So, you can now enjoy seamlessly customized UI based on your interest.
New Security and Privacy:

A quick App Lock toggle is added to the notification panel. Using the toggle, you can quickly turn ON and OFF the app lock in your devices. So, no need of visiting settings, app lock to turn OFF or ON encryption for Apps, you can directly do the action with a single tap on the toggle available in the notification panel.
AI App Preloading:

Based on your daily activities and app usages, the system algorithm will automatically detect the most used apps by you and will help in loading those apps faster by pre-loading. For example, if you use any app the most, whenever you open that app, it will open directly by loading itself intelligently.
Fingerprint Gestures on Lock Screen

Also known as Quick Launch, by enabling this feature, you can quickly launch an app or a function. You will have up to 3 gestures in it. Press and hold the fingerprint scanner, a quick launch set will appear. Drag towards your required to open that required app. Quite useful for users who use a particular app most of the time.
Desktop Features

As said above, you can customize app icons, use 3rd party icons, filter the drawer mode as per your interest to quickly find a particular app. Apart from these, you can share apps directly by just holding them. You can also remove a folder of apps or combine one folder with another quickly by simple gestures.
Camera Features

It has included a bunch of useful features. Stickers are updated and can be used seamlessly. You can instantly share and edit photos or videos by just swiping up on the previews. A level grid feature is added to record videos easier. The inertial zoom function is added, which makes zooming smoother during any video shooting. Lens stain detection feature is added, where you can hold your device perfectly vertical while capturing something, by this detection feature. A special Movie Mode is added to shoot brilliant videos in your device.
WiFi and hotspots

A new feature is added so that users can connect to any WiFi network by scanning the QR code. Also, you will be given a QR code to quickly share your Hotspot or share the Wi-Fi networks. This helps in reducing the time to fill the passwords.
New Game Space Features

Every new in Game Space. The interface is completely changed now. Frequently played games will be accessed quickly by starting the app. An immersive mode is added to reduce the distractions while playing. Added a mis touch prevention, so that you won’t be exited from the game for unwanted touches. The game assistant is completely changed as you can see above.
Photo App editing tool

The photos app now supports multiple editing features. No need for any 3rd party editing tools for ColorOS users from now. I have already posted a brief article on the latest Photos app and its features.
Quick Recover system apps

Sometimes users face an issue where builtin apps like game space, theme store get deleted automatically. And they can’t be installed easily by all users. To overcome this issue, this feature is introduced. Now users can quickly recover uninstalled apps from this page.

könnt ihr mal bitte ein paar Fragen bzgl. UI 2.0 beantworten?

1) Ist Realme UI eine richtige Benutzeroberfläche wie man sie von Huawei oder Samsung kennt?
2) Gibt es unter Realme UI viele Einstellmöglichkeiten?
3) Wie oft wird diese UI supported?
4) Ist Realme UI (subjektiv) gesehen besser/schlechter als EMUI/MIUI?

Zum Background:
Ich hatte jahrelang Huawei/Honor Geräte und wegen des US-Bans muss ich mich leider (!) nach was anderes umschauen und bin auf Realme gestoßen. Ich bin mit Hueawei/Honor bzgl. der Benutzeroberfläche verwöhnt, weil ich fast alles kriege was ich brauche. Ein Xioami hatte ich noch nie, aber man hört dass die auch fleißig an MIUI basteln und Verbracuher zufrieden sind.

Ich hatte einmal ein Lenovo-Tablet und war total entsetzt, als ich gesehen habe dass das ein Stock-Android ist ohne die einfachsten Einstellungen, die man aus Huawei und so kennt. Da mußte ich nur um die Menüsymbole (Kreis, Quadrat und Pfeil) anders zu ordnen per ADB-Befehle über Kabel am Windows PC ausführen. Ein Albtraum also und deshalb will ich nicht sowas (Stock-Android) nochmal erleben und bitte deshalb um eure Erfahrungen mit Realme UI !!!

Und war mit realme vollkommen zufrieden
Nun bei samsung bin ich aber noch zufriedener
Die sind schon um einiges weiter mit ihrem Betriebssystem

Aber mit realme und xiaomi machst nichts falsch und die sind alle ähnlich wie Huawei ui

Bei Xiaomi stört mich derzeit, dass sie kein (?) 8/128 GB Handy unter 300€ haben und das Handys zu groß (6,67") & zu schwer geworden sind. Das sind ja richtige Klopper wenn ich mir das X3 ansehe...Ich möchte mich mit meinem Honor 8X auch irgendwo technisch "verdoppeln" -d.h. mein jetziges ist schon 4/64 GB und da kauft man nicht 2 Jahre später 6/64GB. Verstehst du was ich meine?

Man liest auch, dass erst seit 2020 Realme auf ein eigenes UI setzt -davor war es von Oppo. Hat jemand den Vergleich -ist UI viel abgespeckt oder wurde nur kosmetisch was gemacht um sich zu unterscheiden?

Aber denke das oppo mehr funktion hat

Würd ich dir das empfehlen
Ansonsten das mi 10 note lite habs für jemanden geholt ist ein tolles gerät also beide sind gut das x2 hat halt mehr power und ram

Also 6GB reißt mich nicht vom Hocker -und das bei 269€. Ich hätte mein Honor 8X schon vor 2 Jahren mit 6/128 für 250€ kaufen können.

Beim geizigen Arbeitsspeicher stört mich, dass dieser aktuell noch flüssig mitspielen wird -aber wie sieht es nach zig Sicherheitsupdates, neuere Android Versionen und immer fetter werdende Apps? Ich bin der Meinung, dass Speicher nie genug sein kann und von daher will ich nicht (mehr) ein Handy Ende 2020/Anfang 2021 nur mit 6GB kaufen.

RealmiUI ist fast identisch mit ColorOS von Oppo, ziemlich 1:1.
Mir gefällt es besser als MIUI das das OS von Xiaomi aus meiner Sicht noch unübersichtlicher ist. Wird allerdings viel und lang gepflegt, bei ColorOS/RealmeUI steht das noch aus, auch wenn es bisher gut aussieht. Allerdings kommt man an aktuelle Updates meist nur über VPN zeitnah ran.
Weiß nicht ob es ein Android 10 Feature ist, aber die Menüsymbole brauche ich nicht mehr, geht alles über Wischgesten. Auch screenshot und Ausschnitt davon.

Samsung kommt für mich wegen der vielen Bloatware schon gar nicht in Betracht.

Da gebe ich dir recht
Habe auch auf den ram geachtet
Hatte das realme xt mit 8ram waren immer schon 5 vom system und das wird erstmal nicht weniger
Da google das mit dem programieren garnicht drauf hat siehse apple die brauchen nur die hälfte an ram, die können software besser optimieren
Am ende kommt es darauf an, und nicht wieviel ram xiaomi ist besser optimiert.

Bei realme hast zu viele marken
Oneplus
Oppo
Vivo
Und wer weiss was noch alles
Alles mit eigenen namen und
Das dauert bis die update umgebranded werden
Und dann die updates kommen

Bei xiaomi ist alles miui
Und am besten gehst mal zum saturn
Und schaust dir mal die phones an

Und wie gesagt schau dich nach dem x2 pro mal um aber nicht die china version kaufen auf wenn sie viel billiger ist hast nur probleme damit

OK, das ist schon mal schön zu hören dass IU identisch mit ColorOS ist. Wichtig ist mir wie gesagt, dass ich eine aufgepeppte Benutzeroberfläche wo auch "Spielereien" inkl. sind. D.h. je mehr individualle Anpassungen möglich sind -umso lieber hätte ich so ein UI.

Ja, UI hat einen Drawer. Ich bin von Samsung zu Realme gewechselt und klar, OneUI war besser, aber ein riesiger Unterschied ist das bei Realme UI jetzt nicht. Meine Freundin hat MIUI auf einem Redmi und auch das ist ziemlich ähnlich. Schlussendlich hat jedes Betriebssystem seine Vor- und Nachteile. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten gibt es bei allen viele.

Ich habe beide Systeme vor mir liegen und parallel seit ca. 1Jahr in Benutzung:
Zu 1.) Ja, ist sie
Zu 2.) Ja, sehr viele, Realme UI ist intuitver aufgeteilt als EMUI/MIUI, aber bei emui/MIUI kann noch mehr einstellen.
Zu 3.) Einmal im Monat für 2 Jahre, danach alle 2 Monate (bis jetzt).
Zu 4.) Realme UI (gleich mit ColorOS) ist da besser, da wesentlich intuitiver bedienbar als EMUI/MIUI , Realme UI macht in der täglichen Nutzung mehr Spaß, das eher verschachtelte EMUI/MIUI kann da im Alltag etwas nerven. Und Realme UI ist werbefrei, ohne das man das erst einstellen muss.


Der Spagat ist halt: EMUI/MIUI kann mehr, Realme UI lässt sich intuitiver bedienen.

Realme UI ist ColorOS, denn wenn man bei meinem Realme 5 Pro auf "Version" (statt auf "Realme UI Version") tippt, steht da folgendes:

1) Gibt es bei UI bei den Anzeigeeinstellungen die Option nur die Schrift größer zu machen bzw. die Anzeigegröße s. Bild (aus Emui)
2) Giibt es einen Schrittzähler, der auch auf dem Sperrbildschirm angezeigt wird?

Du kannst z.b. bei Xiaomi den Bildschirm auf (ohne am Ladegerät zu hängen) " dauerhaft an" einstellen.
Auch kannst du, da die viel Platz fressen, bei Xiaomi sagen: alle Sprachnachrichten löschen, geht bei Realme ui nicht.

Eine Bedienungsanleitung in Deutsch zu Realme UI bzw. ColorOS gibt es auf der deutschsprachigen Herstellerseite von Oppo.

OK, aber wofür soll das gut sein? Ich meine sowas würde ich nie auf die Idee kommen zu nutzen. Dafür aber (gibt es das bei UI) z.B. die wechselnden Wallpaper beim laden? Sowas finde ich schick.

Und gibt es bei UI solche Spielreien wie z.B. Handy klingelt>umdrehen=Stummschaltung?

Stummschalten Ja, gibt es auch.
wallpaper weiß ich nicht, da ich das nicht nutze.
Schrittzähler ist in der herunterladbaren deutschen Bedienungsanleitung bei Oppo Deutschland ab Seite 55 erklärt. Den nutze ich nicht, da dies mein Armband übernimmt. Was übrigens sehr gut mit dem Realme funktioniert (Fitbit Charge 3).
Beim Xiaomi ab und zu Probleme mit dem Bluetooth und der Uhr, bei Realme hingegen hervorragend.

OK, aber wofür soll das gut sein? Ich meine sowas würde ich nie auf die Idee kommen zu nutzen.

Da Xiaomi ein extrem gutes Energiemanagement hat ubd auch mit einen IPS Display was dauerhaft eingeschaltet ist, über den Tag kommt (im Gegensatz zum Realme), nutze ich diese Funktion oft, da man da nicht erneut entsperren muss
