Hi,
da xda-developers.com zur Zeit down ist habe ich für Dich ne Kopie der Lösung. Sie ist von teppic74 (xda-developers.com)
Voraussetzung ist, dass Du eine GoldCard hast.

Diese Anleitung wird Dir Dein Desire auf Froyo 2.2 updaten (bedenke, dass das rooten noch nicht möglich ist)

(Remember to remove PB99IMG.zip from your GoldCard before copying update.zip)
1. Make sure the update.zip (NOT update.zip.zip!) file is on your goldcard and correctly named.
2. Take the battery out first to ensure the phone is powered off. Then hold vol down and press the power button, and hold vol down for about 5 seconds. That will get you into the bootloader even though you can't see it.
3. Press vol down once. This will select recovery.
4. Press the power button once. This will start the recovery. The phone will vibrate briefly.
5. Wait 20 seconds or so. Then press vol up and the power button and wait a few seconds. You'll now be in system recovery.
6. Press vol down once to select 'apply sdcard:update.zip'.
7. Press the power button once to start the recovery.
8. After a few seconds press the power button once again.

Wenn Du aber vorhast zu rooten befolge dieser Anleitung. Dann hast Du Eclair 2.1 und HBOOT 0.83

It is also possible to recover using a stock RUU. This may be useful if you want to run 2.1 instead of upgrading to 2.2, or you want to upgrade later.

The RUU that is compatible with SLCD phones is here:

To run this, make sure your goldcard is inserted and start the phone in fastboot mode (hold back key and power button).

If you get a 140 error when running this, you will probably have to use the update.zip method for FroYo (of course if you do want FroYo you don't need to worry about this).
