I tried a fresh install and found the reason: xposed

Hi @sileshn , i'm also on temasek and i try both dirty flash using flashify and clean flash by completely wiping system,data,cache,dalvik via recovery and flashing the kernel zip file but i still get a boot loop. @droidphil can you tell me what device model you have i9200 or i9205?

yeah, the original kernel of temasek was built with gcc 5.1.0

I use the 9205. Wrong test by me then i guess. I thought it had to run on Temasek for sure so i blamed xposed since i did a factory reset and tested again.

Why are you asking for that, he already make a cm with OC today. why don't you flash this new update instead of asking to update the kernel of a rom that was made almost 2 monts ago?

I've flashed Sileshs' most recent SP rom ( " beta0.6 ", with OC/UV-able kernel included ).
No problems as yet:
The flashing succeeded on the first go ( before that: full wipe ), rom runs smoothly as I am used to with the SP-series ...NO undesired screen behavior ( afaik: This applies to the entire SP series compiled for the Mega ). Too early to call with regard to battery consumption.

Ich habe Sileshs' jüngste SP rom geflashed ( " beta0.6 ", mit OC/UV-barem kernel ).
Bislang keine Probleme:
Flash gelang im ersten Anlauf ( zuvor: full wipe ), die rom läuft geschmeidig wie ich es bei der SP-Reihe gewohnt bin ... KEIN unerwünschtes Displayverhalten ( meines Wissens: Dies gilt für die gesamte für's Mega kompilierte SP-Serie ). Zu früh, um etwas bzgl. des Akkus-Verbrauchs zu sagen.

That won't be possible as I don't maintain separate branches for different android versions. Try flashing the latest kernel on 5.0.2.

Do you think it could work on @Droid999's AICP? I've tried but ROM was installed with xposed +ukm kernel+ gapps + in use since some days, i've tried also after uninstalling xposed. Just bootloop. Do you think that completly fresh install could make it work? Or boot.img too different at the beginning?
