On the FDR-A04L, it starts booting and then reboots, just like the pele ROM, and then it repeats.

Could you please test lineage version from 20211106 and make logs during the start?
Normally it should work on this version with logs.

If you on windows first you should install
[TOOL]Minimal ADB and Fastboot [2-9-18]
Then start the application (black window), start your device and plug to the pc, then type or copy
adb logcat
Copy the output to txt or page and send me.

If yes, could you give me some informations.
You can get these with the same application you have installed.
First type adb shell
Then
cat /proc/app_info
cat /system/build.prop
