Ja kannst. Wird im Play Store dann unter Zahlungen und Abos angezeigt und du kannst es jederzeit wieder downloaden.

OK, bin da etwas verwirrt.
Es gibt Watchfaces sobald man die vom Handy deinstalliert sind sie auch nicht mehr auf der Watch verfügbar.
Und es gibt einige Watchface die trotzdem auf der Watch installiert bleiben.
