Zepp App schaltet die Nachrichten aus

Hallo,

es kommt immer wieder vor, dass die Nachrichten zur GTR 4 ausgeschaltet sind.

Woran liegt das?

Ich vermute mal an der Zepp App. Habe das auch bei meiner GTR 3 Pro.
Habe auch noch keine Lösung gefunden.

Bei mir lag es wohl an Energiespareinstellungen.

ich hatte auch das Problem, dass die Benachrichtigungen .. -> Mitteilungen in der Zepp App für meine Balance immer wieder mal zufällig ausgeschaltet wurden. Seit dem letzten Update auf Version 9.12.1 scheint das aber gelöst zu sein :-/

Ich hatte das bei Zepp gemeldet und habe dann folgende mail bekommen:

Nö, wohl nicht. Bei mir war es heute schon wieder ausgeschaltet.

Hallo P.
das sollte dann am besten dem Amazfit Service gemeldet werden:
Zepp app -> Gerät -> Benach..... -> Benachrichtigungsfehler Behebung.
Bei mir hat sich die Situation verbessert. Einmal ist Zepp noch abgestürzt da war dann auch die Berechtigung für Nachrichten wieder weg.

Glaube zwar nicht, daß es was bringt, aber bei mir war es auch wieder in der App deaktiviert.
Habe dann mal den Service wie angegeben kontaktiert.

Ergänzung:
Habe die selbe Mail wie oben, nur auf Deutsch erhalten.
Werde beobachten, wann es wieder deaktiviert und ich es manuell wieder aktivieren muss.

So mit dem neuesten Update der Zepp App (auf 9.13.1, 2.13.14) ist der Fehler wieder aufgetreten.
Habe den Service informiert :-/
