Cubot Note 9 USB-Dateien werden nur in eine Richtung übertragen!

I've a new Cubot Note 9. I (naturally) want to transfer files to it via USB from my Windows machines, and also to transfer files from it via USB to those machines.
I can only transfer files from the Cubot to the PCs. The other way doesn't work. I try 'Copy' a file on the PC, then 'Paste' into a folder on the Cubot, but the system simply hangs. I get the message that the Cubot folder I'm using is 'Not responding'. This applies both when I'm using a folder in the Cubot internal storage and when I'm using a folder on the memory card in the Cubot. I get the identical problem when I'm using my Windows 7 PC and when I'm using my Windows 11 PC. It seems as if the USB connection works only in one direction. Has anyone seen this before? What is the solution?

Ich habe ein neues Cubot Note 9. Ich möchte (natürlich) Dateien von meinen Windows-Computern über USB darauf übertragen und auch Dateien von dort über USB auf diese Computer übertragen.
Ich kann nur Dateien vom Cubot auf die PCs übertragen. Der andere Weg funktioniert nicht. Ich versuche, eine Datei auf dem PC zu kopieren und dann in einen Ordner auf dem Cubot einzufügen, aber das System bleibt einfach hängen. Ich erhalte die Meldung, dass der Cubot-Ordner, den ich verwende, „Nicht reagiert“. Dies gilt sowohl, wenn ich einen Ordner im internen Speicher des Cubot verwende, als auch, wenn ich einen Ordner auf der Speicherkarte im Cubot verwende. Ich habe das gleiche Problem, wenn ich meinen Windows 7-PC verwende und wenn ich meinen Windows 11-PC verwende. Es scheint, als ob die USB-Verbindung nur in eine Richtung funktioniert. Hat das schon mal jemand gesehen? Was ist die Lösung?
