Jtag Huawei P30 Pro

Is it possible to applicate jtag on Huawei P30 Pro by Medusa Pro? Device is not recognized by device manager on personal computer. It is not possible to get into fastboot mode, no background menue manually by vol up/power on. Device does not react by vibration or what else. Fully loaded accu was replaced, despite that fact, there is no function
