Kein Bluetooth nach Systemupdate beim Erisin

Moin,
ich habe ein Erisin ES3348N .
Ich habe ein Systemupdate vom Hersteller bekommen, das mein iDrive mit allen Funktionen integriert.
Soweit so gut ,aber seitdem habe ich kein Bluetooth mehr siehe Bild
Habe den Hersteller angeschrieben ,aber wenn jemand hier mir helfen kann ,wäre echt klasse
