Pulsar : Milestone Custom ROM

hallo liebe user!


Ich bin neu hier und muss gestehen ich bin ein noop und hab ehrlich kein plan was dieses flashen und rooten bedeutet, allerdings interessiert mich dieses pulsar helix. Meine Frage ist wenn ich pulsar auf mein handy (MS) spiel, kann ich wieder Android 2.1 drauf spielen (falls mich pulsar doch nicht begeistert) und wenn ja wie?

How to downgrade from 2.1 to 2.0.1 OR how to root 2.1?

@kenosis, there are many topics that explain you step by step how to do it, here's what i did to move from Pulsar Helix to 2.1 rooted:

1. install drivers for your pc and adb.exe (you get adb.exe from latest android-sdk)
2. download RSD Lite and install it
3. download 2 SBF files: 2.1 DACH FULL SBF (02.34.0) and SHOLS_U2_01.14.0_recovery_only.zip
4. flash with DACH FULL, THEN SHOLD recovery_only using RSD Lite.
5. when using rsd lite you'll get some errors, that's why you have to use COMMAND and not interface to flash phone.
6. after you completed both steps, use milestone_root.zip > upgrade.zip to gain root access if you want it
7. win

Hi All,

I updated Helix Rom. Successfully installed in my phone. I Reboot my phone and nothing appears.

What i can see is motorola logo "M" and the phone hangs.

how can i solve it? I like Pulsar rom

I had the same problem, probably you have to flash a Full-SBF on your Stone. You can choose between 2.0 and 2.1

Cannot update Google Maps 4.2.0 using either ADB and Market update.

I managed to remove the original maps in my pulsar. But after the reboot. Android asked me.for google account. And some appear.were forced close. I think i need to reflash the rom. Anyone pls provide me a reinstallation guide in English. Thanks. Also, do I need to wipe after flash?

Es läuft nicht mit 2.0, oder?
Die Suche in dem Thread hat (wie so oft) nichts gebracht, obwohl sogar auf der ersten Seite schon einmal 2.0 steht.

ich hab diePulsar Helix Rom gerade versucht zu installieren, nun startet mein milestone nichtmehr, wenn ich es anschalte erscheint das weisse Moto-Logo für ca 7 Sekunden, dann started es wieder von vorn... ich komm auch nichtmehr in den Recovery Modus, was kann ich jetzt tun?


EDIT: ich komme inzwischen wieder in die recovery, nur was jetzt`?

Schlag dir Pulsar ganz schnell wieder aus dem Kopf ^^ Das Rom ist extrem veraltet und nur bedingt benutzbar. Der letzte Beitrag vor deinem ist schon ein ganzes Jahr her.

Flash ne Full SBF und dein Milestone sollte wieder funktionieren.
