Gapps:

Google plus and Maps have been removed from full gapps package due to hangouts using a different version of the libcrashreporter.so prebuilt c++ binary than the ones used by Maps and Google plus causing them to crash. Hangouts will only run as a system app in its modified TRDS state and since G+ and Maps are not themed they'll be removed.

Ich habe 230 genommen. Im Original ist mir alles zu winzig. Aber das mag zum Teil am Alter liegen, mit 77 sind halt auch mit guter Brille Grenzen da.

Bekommt das S2 eigentlich auch noch mal ne Stable Version???
die letzte Stable ist die 4.4.2, danach nur noch Weeklys???
Weiß einer warum?
Das S3 z.B. hat die 4.4.4 bereits als Stable.
 
ja, kann ich dir sagen (habs, glaube ich, eh schon mal im Thema erwähnt): Der Hauptentwickler für das i9100 ist irgendwo in Indonesien oder so Dschungelpilot und hat kein Internet... nur die Free WLANs, an die er irgendwo rankommen kann.

Hat im xda-Forum aber gesagt, er verfolgt die Entwicklung und an und für sich sind die Weeklys genauso stabil wie die Stables in der Benutzung. Wenn etwas grob schieflaufen sollte, will er aber eingreifen...

Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Da das Slim Team auf TRDS geht ist davon nicht auszugehen, zumindest nicht mehr unter KitKat, also damit leben oder auf eine andere ROM wechseln
Hab den theme chooser bisher nicht vermisst.

Da die 8.8 nur den SlimLauncher enthält, ist es ratsam ein Backup von den Nova-Einstellungen durchzuführen und ihn, bei Bedarf, aus dem PlayStore zu installieren. So kann man alle seine Einstellungen wiederherstellen.
 
Morgen SlimKat Gemeinde,

ich hab gestern die neueste Weekly und die neuen Mini-Gapps installiert. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass der Playstore nicht mehr funktioniert.

Habe dann eine neue Playstore apk installiert. Jetzt folgender Dialog beim Öffnen des Playstore:

"Vorhandenes oder neues Konto?" -> Dann Eingabe der Konto-Details

Fehler-Meldung:

"Bei der Kommunikation mit den Google Servern ist ein Problem aufgetreten"

Auch wenn ich direkt in den Systemeinstellungen ein neues Gmail-Konto hinzufügen möchte, erhalte ich die selbe Fehlermeldung.

Wäre super, wenn jemand eine Idee für mich hätte - danke!
 
Lösche mal die Daten vom Google-Playstore und den Google-Play-Diensten.

Welche GApps-Build hattest Du vorher installiert?
 
Mit den neusten offiziellen GApps hatte ich das selbe Problem in Verbindung mit SlimSaber. Probiere einfach die neuesten Beta-GApps, damit klappte es bei mir zumindest.

lohnt sich der Wechsel von der Weekly 7 auf die Weekly 8.10? Ich denke mal, eine stable werden wir so schnell nicht wieder bekommen. :-\
