Ja klar, die 15.31 hab ich durch die Beta bereits drauf.
Die Performance ist gleich gut wie eh und je, was mich jedoch sehr ärgert ist, dass Garmin in einer der ersten Betas im aktuellen Entwicklungszweig das "Enduro" sowie auch das "Portal"-Watchface zerschossen hat und auf keinen der Bugreports reagiert hat, sodass nun auch in der finalen Version die Fehler weiterhin bestehen.

Das schafft auch nur Garmin: Dinge, die bestens funktioniert haben, durch Updates zerstören und bloß nicht auf die User hören.

@Skyliner Ich kann keine Probleme oder Geschwindigkeitseinbußen feststellen. Ich nutze die 15.31 seit ca. drei Tagen.

Soeben wurde bei meiner F8 die Beta 15.32 installiert.

Kam ganz normal OTA, allerdings ist meine F8 AMOLED Titanium 51mm noch im Betaprogramm aktiv und die 15.32 wird im Gamin-Beta-Forum als Anouncement gelistet.

Aber es wird sicher noch ein einige Wochen, und weitere Betas dauern bis zum offiziellen Rollout.

Eine neue Beta (hier die 17.11) wird erst nach den vierteljährlichen Beta-Zyklen zu Live-Updates werden.

Wichtiger Hinweis zur Beta und zu EKG- und Dive-Features:
Die für die Fenix 8-Serie erhältliche Beta-Software wird die EKG-Funktion und Dive-Funktionen deaktiviert.
Erst gegen Ende der vierteljährlichen Beta-Zyklen werden die EKG/Dive-Funktionen wieder aktiviert.

Blöde Frage: wie bekomme ich wieder die stable drauf? Habe die 17.14 und hatte mich danach von der Beta abgemeldet...
Somit seitdem keine neue Beta bekommen.
Erst wenn wieder eine komplett neue stabile Version raus kommt, die höher als meine Beta ist?

Leider musst du bis zur nächsten Finalen Software Version warten.

Die Beta-Software bleibt solange auf der Garmin Watch, bis die nächste finale Version der Software verfügbar ist.
Sobald die Software auf die finale Version aktualisiert ist, erhält Ihr Gerät keine Beta-Software-Updates mehr.

Danke für die schnelle Hilfe... Gibt's da Zyklen? Quarterly?

Hintergrund ist, das es mich genervt hatte, das meine Uhr ab und zu einfach neu gebootet hat. Und echte nützliche Vorteile habe ich in dem halben Jahr Beta auch nicht erkannt

ca 2 - 3 Monate dauert ein Beta-Zyklus, es solle , könnte ~ bis Mitte August die nächste Live kommen.
Bin aus der Beta auch wieder raus, schon wegen der fehlenden EKG-, Dive- und Aviation-Funktionen.
