Problems with modding GT-I9100 to Lollypop

I have a GT-I9100
Installed CWM-based Revovery v6.0.4.5 via odin
Wiped all data and cache partition
Wiped dalvic cache
Installed cm-12.1-20150408-UNOFFICIAL-i9100.zip
installed pa_gapps-modular-mini-5.1-20150404-signed.zip
Everything worked fine
Then tried to reeboot system.
After a while the Samsung Logo with an exclemation mark appeaered and a bit later the last screen (with reboot system now) reappeared and that was it.
Whiped the two caches again - no change.
What did go wrong or what is missing?
When I go to -report error it shows:
/tmp/recovery.log was copied to /sdcard/clockworkmod/recovery.log Please open ROM Manager to report the issue.
init.svc.adbd=running

hy, try to wipe the system and install cm once again, try to boot and install the gapps later.

I tried that.
Whiped everything.
Installed the mod - fine
reboot - fine - Android 5.1, everything working.
Went back to install the gapp (mini)
Error Code 70
Insuffcient storage space in system partition
Went back to android to check
Internal memory available 1,97 / 11,63 GB!
What to do?

Did you change the partitionsize? Is your USB storage allready formatted?
