Ah. Das CN-Changelog hatte ich nicht gelesen. Für mich sah es nach einem Re-upload wegen Bug aus. Na fein. Habe das EU-Rom mittlerweile runter. Ich weiß nicht was die treiben, aber alle Roms seit März brauchen zuviel Batterie. Bin auf Havoc gewechselt und bisher sehr zufrieden.

@trahzebuck ok, ich hab mit der Global keine Probleme was die Batterie betrifft, bei den Custom Rom`s die auf AOSP basiern sind die Grundeinstellungen anders gesetzt, sofern sie vorhanden sind parallel zu MIUI, deswegen verbrauchen die Rom`s vermeintlich weniger.

Xiaomi.eu macht mit den Rom`s nicht viel, sie werden entpackt, deodexed und die ein oder andere Framework wird für die eigenen Mods gepatcht und Sprachen werden bei einer Handvoll von Apps hinzugefügt, das alles läuft mit Hilfe eines Scripts vollautomatisch ab. Der Vorteil den die Jungs haben ist, bei einem Fehler wissen sie sofort wo sie nachschauen müssen. Nachteil, oft verwenden sie inoffizielle closed beta`s, außer bei den Stock Rom`s, da warten sie die Veröffentlichung ab.

@Firedance1961 danke, das ist mir alles bekannt.
Dennoch würde ich ich nicht von "vermeintlich" sprechen. Ich gehöre nicht zu den Usern, die 12 Sek. nach dem Release schreien "How's battery?" ;-)
Gibt ja wirklich gute Analysetools. Ich war anfänglich mit den EU-Roms mehr zufrieden als mit Original MIUI. Klar, dass die nur an ein paar Schrauben gedreht haben - aber es war besser. Doch seit März (weiß die genaue Version nicht mehr) ist der Energieverbrauch durch das Android-OS deutlich angestiegen. Habe bei vergleichbarer Last mit Stock-MIUI ca. 4-5 h SOT, mit der EU ca 5-6 h und mit Havoc 8 bis 9. Da verzichte ich doch glatt auf die poppigen Designs. Auch wenn die oft lustig sind.

@Falsche Uhrzeit ab Version 9.5.23 der Xiaomi.eu Rom wurde die Datenbank, von xiaomi.eu, gepatcht, so das G-Pay ohne weitere Eingriffe funktioniert. Hier noch der passende Link, im Browser einfach übersetzen.

Was ist mit den ganzen und immer wieder kehrenden Aussagen von "ingbrzy" auf xiaomi.eu, das dass ganz allein ein Google Problem ist, und überhaupt nicht am ROM liegt?

@Falsche Uhrzeit da hat er ja auch Recht, ok da steht nun Magisk, ist aber auch von Februar die Aussage, auf der polnischen Seite ist es nochmal erklärt was Google macht, was es nicht soll. Allerdings gibt es nun einen Patch aus Polen, der in der xiaomi.eu nun integriert ist, es betrifft wie in deiner Anleitung die Datenbank im gsm Ordner
